Dr. B. Ngoc Pham, MD
Dr. Bich-Ngoc Pham, MD is Board Certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Pham graduated from (LSU) Louisiana State University School of Medicine in 1998. She completed her Family Practice Residency in 2001 at Alton Ochsner Foundation Hospital in New Orleans, LA where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Pham has operated a successful private practice for over 20 years. She is a resident of Westchase and has been practicing here since 2009. Dr. Pham is married to Toan and they have two kids, Emma who is attending UCF and Jacob, a student at Westchase Elementary. Dr. Pham is very active in charitable events and giving back to the Westchase and Tampa community.
Leilani Phelan, PA-C
Leilani Phelan is a board certified physician assistant. She has over 12 years of Family Practice experience. She received her undergraduate degree in Health Science from the University of Florida in 2008 and later went on to receive her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University in Orlando in 2011.
Leilani holds professional memberships in both the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the American Academy of Physician Assistants. In addition, she is certified in basic life support.
She recently moved to Westchase where she resides with her husband Sean and Two Children, Sophia and Noah.In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking, traveling, health and fitness and watching Gator football with her husband.
Christian Neller, PA-C
Christian Neller, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant with over 12 years of Family Practice experience. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from the University of South Florida in 2004 and received her Master’s of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Barry University in 2010. Christian holds professional memberships in American Academy of Physician Assistants and Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. She is BLS certified. She has lived in Westchase for the past 10 years. She is married to Wade and they are a raising a rambunctious little boy named Max. They have two dogs and three hermit crabs. She loves eating, spending time with family, reading a good mystery book, and watching Max play soccer.
